Jeffrey's Story
Raised here. Went around the world a few times. Came back home to serve.
After graduating from local public schools and UC Berkeley, Jeffrey spent over a decade living and working abroad. Being overseas gave him a front-row seat to vibrant, livable cities where kids and seniors alike have the freedom, safety, and activities to thrive. It gave him a clear vision of what a great community looks like—and reminded him just how irreplaceable home truly is.
Alongside his time abroad, building tech startups from the ground up instilled in him a strong bias for action: solving complex problems with agility, focusing on measurable results, and making the absolute most of limited resources.
Now, Jeffrey is ready to bring those global lessons and pragmatism back home to the city that raised him. He is running for City Council to protect the quality of life locals cherish, build businesses back downtown, and turn good ideas into local execution.
