Raised here, educated at Berkeley, and ready to serve.

Jeffrey grew up in San Ramon and learned early what makes this city special: safe neighborhoods, strong public spaces, excellent local institutions, and neighbors who show up for one another.

After graduating from Berkeley, Jeffrey spent over a decade abroad working globally in technology and early-stage startups, giving him a front-row seat to how cities around the world succeed - and where they fall short. Building startups from the ground up instilled a bias for action: solve complex problems with agility, focus on measurable results, and maximize limited resources.

Jeffrey is ready to bring those global lessons and startup pragmatism back to the city that raised him - bringing people together, tracking what works, and turning good ideas into local execution.
